If you feel the products you received from our online store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unopened, unused product and we will be happy to send you a new one or store credit for the full amount of the purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
